Dr. Paul Negrut

Born March 16, 1953, in Oradea, Bihor, Romania
Married to Delia Negrut since 1975
Two children, Ana-Salome (1979) and Lois-Paula (1985).

Dr. Negrut has a Psychology degree from the University of Bucharest and a PhD from the London Bible College, Brunel University in London.

He has been honored with The "Torch of Freedom" award presented by the British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher at the Conservative Party Conference, Bournemouth, England, October 9-12, 1990 and is a Knight - The Order of Faithful Service presented by The President of Romania, Bucharest, December 1, 2000.

Dr. Negrut has served as a clinical Psychologist at the Oradea County Hospital (Mental Health Lab) and has, since 1982 served as Pastor of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Oradea. Additionally he is a lecturer, at the Emmanuel University of Oradea and also serves as the University President. He serves Part-time as a university professor at the State University of Oradea, an Associate university professor for the Irish Baptist College, Queen's University, Belfast and an Associate university professor, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Texas, USA.

Sebastian A. Vaduva, Ph. D, MBA

Sebastian Vaduva has extensive educational background, including an MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from Cleveland State. He also has PHD studies in International Entrepreneurship Management from the National School of Political Studies and the Academy of Economic Studies Faculty of Business Studies in Foreign Languages from the University of Bucharest in Romania.

His teaching experience includes Emanuel University of Oradea - Griffiths School of Management where he has served as Dean since 2001. He left Akron, Ohio, the University of Akron where he was a tenured professor instructing Marketing and International Business. He is an adjunct professor at Eastern University School of International Leadership and Development teaching Marketing and Fundraising. Finally, Sebastian is a Fulbright Scholar and Academic Programs Developer for the Council of International Scholars - US Fulbright in Chisinau, Moldova.

Since 1996 he has been an Executive Educator and Trainer in Applied Business Concepts, taught at the Romanian Baptist Youth Association of the U.S. and Canada and has been teaching/preaching in various churches since 1994.

He was the interim director for the Center for Organizational Development at The University of Akron and established the Business Incubator program at Emanuel University of Oradea designed to attract foreign firms as well as new Romanian start-ups for the Romanian Education Program (US State Department Grant ASJL - 1363).

In the business sector, Sebastian was the Director of Operations and part Owner of Better Solutions Enterprises in Cleveland, Ohio; a firm specializing in consulting services. He was also the Owner/Manager of Sebastian's Meats where he acquired an unprofitable firm and increased sales by 400% in three years with operating costs 40$ lower than industry averages.

Sebastian Vaduva also has extensive non-profit experiences. Since February, 2000, he has been the Vice President of the International Chamber of Commerce of Ohio, which was founded to promote trade among the US and Eastern Europe. He served as the President of the Romanian Baptist Youth Association in the USA and Canada where he helped establish a system of accountability and training for local leaders.

He is fluent in Romanian and English.
